POSITION
SUMMARY:
The Professional Services Account Executive is primarily responsible for
identifying, developing, and growing a client base consistent with the goals
and objectives of the company.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for successfully driving professional
services sales activity to closure including:
·Initiating
contact with relevant companies and federal governmental agencies
·Developing
valuable relationships with potential clients, including an intimate
understanding of their problems and needs
·Developing
and presenting a proposal capable of uniquely solving their problems
·Closing
the sale
·Expanding
existing accounts vertically and horizontally throughout the client
organization
EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE:
·BA
in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related field
is preferred
·At
least one year of experience in a sales oriented position, preferably selling
services as opposed to a product
Compensation
Your compensation will be fifty percent of
the realized gross margin.This rate of
compensation can easily average $50,000 per person placed on an annual
basis.At a minimum, an experienced
Account Executive should be capable of keeping ten people engaged full time
throughout the year, and should realize $500,000 per year in
compensation.
