President and Chief Executive Officer

Mike is a seasoned executive having devoted the majority of his career to facilitating the achievement of clients' business objectives.  His experience includes accounting, finance, treasury, information technologies, management consulting, strategic planning, marketing, mergers, acquisitions, information security, process and procedure, advertising, risk management, standards, and many other areas of business.

Mike has managed numerous small, medium, and large Information Technology projects for a multitude of professional service provider organizations, including Systemation, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY), and Business Technologies Inc. (BTI), a regionally acclaimed $8 Million dollar per year IT Consulting Company that he founded as a startup in 1993.

Mike has been engaged in more than three hundred different companies ranging in size from clients with less than five million dollars per year in sales, to Fortune 500 clients as large as Wachovia Bank and Goodyear.

Mike earned an MBA from Cleveland State University and is a certified Project Management Professional.  He also holds a Six Sigma certification as well as an ITIL certification, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Mike enjoys music, photography, and golf, and is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot.
