The design of a database is a critical step in the development of an application.  This statement is true whether the application in question is a small departmental collaborative effort or an enterprise solution for a Fortune 500 company.  A database which is designed haphazardly will perform sluggishly, allow errors to exist within its tables, and fail to meet the needs of the users.  A correctly designed database minimizes the chance of human data entry error, eliminates redundancy with other database elements throughout the organization, and provides methods of logical access which take into account the needs of the users.

Insologies personnel are intimately familiar with the formal methodologies of database design and have many years of experience working with various database design tools.  Superior database design ultimately involves familiarity with both the user requirements as well as the information system the database will reside in.  Insologies can work with a client to ensure that the final product performs efficiently, is scalable, and can be easily modified to accomodate future requirements.
